Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.Security Cameras The home has 2 exterior security cameras. One is at the front door facing the entrance, and one is on the garage facing the driveway. They are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. Stairs This is a 2-story home and stairs are required. Bitcoin Mining Bitcoin mining is not permitted. Parking You can park 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 vehicles in the driveway. Street parking is also available. Verification Photo ID may be required at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
