Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.Stairs Stairs are required to access the home. Community Registration All guests must register with the HOA no later than 72 hours prior to check-in. Failure to register may delay access to the community. HOA Fee If your group has more than 6 guests, a mandatory $9 per person, per day fee is required and must be paid online during pre-registration. Security Camera There is 1 exterior security camera at the front door facing the entry. It does not look into interior spaces and records video and sound when motion activated.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
