Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them. Occupancy This is a basement-level city unit that accommodates a maximum of 2 guests, making it ideal for couples. Children are not allowed. On-Site Owner The homeowner lives on-site in a completely separate unit on the upper level and may be present during your stay.
