Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up after your pet. Shared Property This property is part of a shared space, with another cottage located next to this unit that may be rented to other guests during your stay. While both units are completely separate, the outdoor areas may be shared.
