Additional Rules: No Parties or Events Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 23 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited, including within 25 feet of the building. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at all times. Thermostats Please set the thermostats to 78°F during the summer and 68°F during the winter. Balcony Please do not store personal items or hang anything from the balcony. Guests are also responsible for removing snow from the patio and balcony. Grills Community charcoal grills are available for guest use. The propane grill at the unit may only be used on the patio and is not permitted on the balcony. Exterior Security Cameras There is a Ring camera located in the hallway outside the unit, positioned to monitor the entrance door only. Stairs Please note that stairs must be climbed to access the property.
