Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.Linens and Towels Linens and towels are not provided. Guests may arrange rentals through a local service. Accessibility Stairs are required and the home may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. Cell Service Cell service can be spotty. Consider printing directions prior to arrival. Security Camera A Ring Doorbell camera faces the front outdoor entry. It does not look into interior spaces and records video when motion is detected or when the doorbell button is pressed. Community Amenities Some community amenities may require an on-site fee and/or passes, including the pool, fitness center, and beach shuttle. Seasonal Booking Preference May through September, a 7-night minimum stay with Sunday check-in is preferred.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
