Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. The owner lives on-site with dogs. In-Law Suite This suite accommodates up to 4 guests with a maximum stay of 1 night. Extended guest stays are not allowed. The owner lives on the property. Air Conditioning The home does not have air conditioning. Potential Daytime Noise Please be aware that there may be some daytime noise from lawn care, tree work, or construction between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
