Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed provided they are disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee is paid. Please keep dogs leashed in public spaces and clean up after them. Security Cameras This property has 3 exterior security cameras facing outward at the outdoor entrances. They do not look into interior spaces and actively record video and sound. Fireplace The fireplace is decorative only and is not available for guest use.
