Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poopsAdditional Information: Duplex This home is part of a duplex, and another separately bookable rental may have guests during your stay. Stairs Stairs are required for access. Air conditioning This home does not have air conditioning. Outdoor fires Outdoor fires are prohibited anywhere outside the property. Door lock Do not flip the switch on the inside of the electronic door lock. The door locks automatically about 10 to 15 seconds after closing. A backup lockbox is on the door frame if needed; contact the Guest Contact for the lockbox code. Guest support Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival so they can be addressed right away. Upstairs Shower Please make sure to close the upstairs shower door after use to prevent water from spilling onto the floor. This helps keep the bathroom safe and dry for all guests. Grill Use You are welcome to use the grill, but please confirm the burn ban status in the Village of Angel Fire before lighting it. If a burn ban is active, grill use is strictly prohibited. Guests can check the town’s central burn ban sign for current restrictions. The grill must be used in the gravel parking area and not on the deck. Grill Location For safety reasons, the grill may only be used in the gravel parking area. Please do not move the grill to decks, patios, or other areas of the property.
