Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up after your pet. Door Lock Instructions To lock the door when leaving, press the Yale button located at the top of the keypad. The bottom lock must remain unlocked at all times. Do not lock the bottom lock, as this will prevent re-entry. Guests are responsible for ensuring the home is properly secured each time they leave. Garage The garage is not available for guest use at any time. Light Switch Please do not turn off the light switch located to the right of the patio door. This switch must remain on so the exterior motion lights function properly. Cleaning Guests are required to follow the cleaning guidelines provided by the rental agency. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees. Exterior Security Cameras There are three exterior security cameras monitoring outdoor areas only. These cameras may record video and audio when activated by motion. Accessibility This is a two-story home with one step required to enter. All bedrooms and full bathrooms are located upstairs and require the use of stairs. Fireplace The fireplace is wood-burning; however, wood is not provided. Car Rental Service A car rental service is available for an additional fee. Please contact us for more details. Supplies Toilet paper and trash bags are provided upon arrival. Once these initial supplies are used, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items needed during their stay.
