Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Noise & Quiet Hours Compliance This is a multi-unit home with a long-term resident below. Please be mindful of noise and avoid heavy footsteps, running, or dragging furniture after 10 PM. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at all times. First Aid Kit A first aid kit is located in the master closet area. Trash Pick-Up Recycling is collected on Tuesday nights. Please place all recycling in the designated bins located on the right side of the property. Trash Removal Trash is collected on Mondays and Thursdays. Please place all recycling in the designated bins located on the right side of the property. Furniture items may be placed out with the regular trash. Trash and Recycling Trash should be placed in the black bins and recycling in the blue bins. The bins are located on the exterior of the property—on the left side when entering and on the right side when exiting—and are labeled Unit #2. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
