Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Accessibility This is a step-free, single-story home. Exterior Security Cameras Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property only and do not monitor any interior spaces. Kayaks Kayaks are available for guest use during your stay. Boat Lift A 7,000 lb boat lift is available for guest use.
