Additional Rules: No Parties or Events Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are permitted on the property only if they have been disclosed in advance and the required pet fee has been paid. Only dogs are allowed. Dogs must be kept on a leash in all public areas, and guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times. Accessibility This is a single-story apartment located on the 2nd floor. Stairs are required for entry, as there is no elevator access. On-Site Owner The homeowner lives on the property in a completely separate unit and may be present during your stay. This does not impact guest privacy or use of the rental. Exterior Security Cameras For your safety, the property is equipped with seven exterior security cameras. Cameras 1, 2, and 3 are located at the front of the home facing the entry and driveway. Cameras 4 and 5 are positioned on either side of the home facing the driveway. Cameras 6 and 7 are located on the front corner and rear of the property facing the backyard. All cameras are outward-facing only and do not monitor any interior spaces. They are motion-activated and record video and sound while guests are in residence.
