Additional Rules: No Parties or Events Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pets Pets are allowed at the property. A maximum of two dogs are permitted, each under 50 lbs. Dogs must be restricted to the garage, where they can be kenneled. Trash All trash must be placed in the dumpster located at the end of the driveway. The owner has access to two garbage bins, and there is an additional bin available in the garage for guest use.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
