Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at all times. Additional Information: Supplies A starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper is provided at the beginning of your stay. Guests are responsible for bringing any additional supplies they may need. Accessibility Stairs are required to enter the home. Once inside, the home features a single-story layout.
