Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at all times. Community Rules The speed limit throughout the neighborhood is 15 mph and must be observed at all times. Fishing in the pond is not permitted unless you have a special HOA-issued vest. Accessibility There are four steps required to access the home. There is no barrier to the water's edge. Gated Community The home is located within a gated community. Please note that there is no guard on duty at the gate. Fireplace The fireplace is not available for guest use and is for decorative purposes only.
