The Property: Highlights: - Outdoor Living: Covered deck with dining space, gas grill, and scenic surroundings - Kitchen Comforts: Fully equipped kitchen with drip and Keurig coffee makers - Living & Entertainment: Tall stone fireplace, flat-screen TV, open layout for gathering - Convenience & Comfort: Central air, washer/dryer, jetted tub, ceiling fans Extras: - Optional Trillium Club membership includes access to golf, the fitness center, pool, and tennis courts. Guests may apply for access to Trillium Links & Lake Club amenities prior to arrival by contacting the Guest Contact. Amenity access fees are paid directly to the club and are not included in the reservation total. Current fees are $75 per day with a 3-day minimum, $350 per week, or $875 per month. The club is typically open seasonally from May through November. Additional Rules: No Parties or Events Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pet Policy Pets are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up after your pet.  Trillium Links & Lake Club Amenity Access Trillium Club access is not included with your stay. Reservations for club amenities must be made within one week of use. Guests may apply for access to Trillium Links & Lake Club amenities prior to arrival by contacting the Guest Contact.
