To ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors and future guests, loud late-night parties, excessive noise, and disruptive drunken gatherings are strictly prohibited. Any violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty fee, and additional charges as applicable. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are expected to maintain reasonable noise levels at all times to ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors and future guests. Repeated noise complaints or failure to comply with quiet hours may result in penalties. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Pet Policy A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed on the premise provided it has been disclosed ahead of time and a pet fee has been paid. Dogs are not allowed on furniture at any time. Please keep dog on a leash in public spaces, and clean up all poops.  Property Management This home is under new management and previously maintained an average 4.8-star rating. Exterior Security Cameras There is an exterior security camera on the property. It is not actively recording and does not monitor any interior spaces. Furnishings The home features antique furnishings throughout. Please enjoy them and handle with care, including the 200-year-old dining chairs. Cell Connectivity There is no cell service at the property; however, Wi-Fi calling works well for calls and messages. EV Charging An EV charging station is available for guest use provided the charging fee ($20) has been paid. On-Site Presence The homeowner may occasionally be on-site in a separate apartment. Accessibility Bedrooms are located upstairs. For easier access, the main level includes a futon and a full bathroom. Fishing Trout fishing is available in nearby river.
