Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at all times. Accessibility Stairs are required to access the home. This property may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations. Minimum Stay Requirement A minimum stay of two nights is required for all reservations. Additional Parking Fees The community allows up to four vehicles at no charge. Additional vehicles are subject to a $10 fee per car, with a maximum of six vehicles allowed in total. Trash & Recycling Instructions (Required at Checkout): All trash and recycling must be taken to the community center dumpsters at checkout. Please do not leave trash outside the unit, on the porch, or anywhere around the property at any time. Due to local wildlife, leaving trash outside can create safety issues and is not permitted. When dropping off trash at the community disposal center, your car pass is required, so please be sure to have it with you.
