Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at all times. Accessibility One step is required to enter the home. Stairs are required for bedrooms access. Please note that the owner may be on-site in a separate unit with a private entrance. Water System Both cabins are equipped with reverse osmosis (RO) water systems, providing clean, great-tasting drinking water during your stay. Shared Amenities A shared fish cleaning station with running water is available for guests and is ideal for cleaning your daily catch. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .

Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
