Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Basement Access The basement is not accessible to guests. On-Site Homeowner The homeowner may occasionally be present on the property in an on-site RV. This does not impact guest privacy or use of the home. Exterior Security Cameras Exterior security cameras are installed for safety purposes only and are positioned facing outward. There are no cameras inside the home. Accessibility All bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the second floor, which requires stair access. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in.
