Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at all times. On-Site Residence A long-term tenant lives on the property in a separate, private unit. Guest Areas The entire house is not fully available for guest use; however, all guest-designated spaces are private. Sleeping Arrangements The home sleeps up to 8 guests in beds and can accommodate up to 10 guests with the use of two twin air mattresses, offering flexible sleeping options. Location & Access The property offers easy access to New York City and nearby local attractions. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in .
