Exterior Security Cameras For your safety, there are two exterior security cameras on the property. One camera is located under the house facing the driveway, and the other is on the front porch facing the porch access. These cameras do not monitor any interior spaces and are motion-activated but do not record video or sound while guests are in residence. Gas Fire Pit A gas fire pit is available for guest use for an additional $20 per stay, which covers propane usage. Charcoal Grill Guidelines A charcoal grill is available for guest use. Guests must bring their own charcoal, and the grill must be cleaned after use. A $75 cleaning fee will be charged if cleaning is required.
