Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at all times. Accessibility This is a two-story home, and stairs are required to access parts of the property. Boat Slip The boat slip is not available for guest use. Exterior Security Cameras There are two exterior security cameras on the property. These cameras are inactive during guest stays. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in.
