Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at all times. Accessibility Stairs are required to enter the home and to access the second-floor bedrooms. A bedroom and bathroom are available on the first floor. On-Site Residence & Restricted Areas The homeowner lives in a separate basement unit. Guests do not have access to the basement patio. Exterior Security Cameras Security cameras are located outside the home for safety purposes only. They do not monitor any interior spaces. Pool The pool is seasonal and is only open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
