Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at all times. Accessibility This is a single-story home with one step required to enter. Plumbing Use Please flush toilet tissue only. Do not flush wipes, paper towels, or any other items, as this may cause plumbing issues. Home Items Please do not remove any books or décor from the home. Thermostat Upon departure, please return the thermostat setting to 75°F. Garage Access The garage must remain locked at all times and is reserved for property manager use only. Trash & Recycling Trash and recycling are collected on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Please place the bins by the mailbox on pickup days. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.
