Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges. Cancellations The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable. Minimum Booking Age The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements. Registered Guests Only Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines. No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. Pets Allowed Limit: Up to 2 dogs Size restriction: Approximately 15–20 lbs each No other pet types permitted unless otherwise approved Property Layout This is a 3-story property and stairs are required for entry and access to different levels. Security For your safety, a Ring doorbell exterior camera is located at the entry; it is outward-facing and records on motion. Local Attractions The home is ideally located near the Tail of the Dragon scenic drive, as well as several local wineries and distilleries. 🚗 No steep road or driveway for easy access 🅿️ Flat driveway with parking for up to four vehicles 🌲 Two acres of land with no close neighbors 🤫 Peaceful, quiet, and private environment Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in.
