Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night's stay. Check-Out Time Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property. No Pets Allowed Pets are not permitted on the property at all times. Accessibility This is a two-story home with one small step required for entry. The bedrooms are located on the main floor, with a loft upstairs. Exterior Security Cameras The home is equipped with an exterior Ring doorbell camera facing the entry and driveway. It does not monitor any interior spaces. Security Deposit or Damage Waiver After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in.

Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in.
