Clean Thoroughly

Kitchen: wipe, dishes, trash
Bathrooms: scrub, restock
Bedrooms: fresh linens, tidy, leave out plenty of towels
Living Room: vacuum, wipe surfaces
Outdoor: sweep, arrange, remove trash
Grill: propane tank swapped if there is not a full back-up, grill cleaned
Fire pit: area needs to be maintained

Take "After" Photos

Show final setup (clean beds, kitchen, all rooms and spaces)
Send to Triad at 336-252-8831

Report Damage or Issues

Ensure cleaner has completed full turnover on checkout day with all essentials properly restocked for incoming guests.

Functionality Verification

Confirm all systems are operational: internet connectivity, HVAC performance, hot tub/pool functionality, and appliance working order.

Photo Documentation Review

Receive and archive comprehensive before and after photos of each room and key areas for record keeping and potential guest issue resolution.
